Welcome to Co-Operate Belton. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.
A signed contract and a 50% deposit are required to secure your event date and time slot. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event. Failure to make the final payment on time will result in the cancellation of your event. Deposits are only refundable if Co-Operate Belton cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or staff shortages.
You may change your event date once without a fee if the new date is available. Any additional changes will incur a $75 fee, subject to availability.
No nails, screws, or staples are to be used on walls or floors. Decorations must be removed within your allocated time slot. No burning candles, cooking devices, fog/smoke machines, alcohol, or illegal substances are allowed on the premises. Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Renters must adhere to city noise regulations.
Renters are responsible for disposing of all food, drinks, decorations, and other event-related items in the designated areas. Renters are liable for any damage to the property and must cover the cost of repairs within three business days.
Renters assume all risks associated with using the venue space and agree to hold harmless Co-Operate Belton and its employees against any claims, actions, losses, damages, injuries, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of their event.
